Refund Policy for Sell More Online

We offer three types of service models — Performance-Based, Retainer-Based, and One-Time Setup Projects.

Here’s how our refund policy applies to each:

Performance-Based Engagements

Our performance-first model means we don’t make money unless you do. Base fees are non-refundable, unless we generate zero attributable revenue and have launched and implemented everything agreed upon. In that case, a conditional refund may be offered, pending a joint review of campaign data and deliverables.Refunds will not be issued if: Campaigns aren’t launched due to client delays or missing access Required assets (ad budget, creatives, tech access) aren’t provided Revenue is generated, but doesn’t meet personal or subjective goals

Retainer-Based Engagements

All retainer fees (monthly management, strategy, or creative) are non-refundable once work begins, as time and team resources are allocated immediately.

One-Time Setup Projects

One-time setup fees are non-refundable once work is underway or assets have been delivered. This includes funnel builds, ad creative packages, or any fixed-scope execution.

Early Exit Clause (Applies to All Engagements)

If both parties mutually agree within the first 3–7 days that the partnership is not a good fit — and no significant deliverables, strategy assets, or creative work have been delivered — a refund may be issued at our discretion.This is designed to give both sides a fair, low-risk window to ensure alignment before full deployment begins.
